Domestic Terminal:
Your personal driver will be waiting for you inside terminal, holding up the signboard with your name on it.
We encourage all passengers to make contact with the driver as soon as possible!
International Terminal:
All international passengers will be met directly outside the custom exit door, by your personal driver, who will holding up a signboard with your name on it.
We encourage all passengers to make contact with the driver as soon as possible!
If you arriving business class, let us know when you make the booking please!
Domestic terminal:
Your driver will wait for you in front of the luggage carousel, holding up a signboard with your name on it.
Please note, due to parking regulation, we are not allowed to park for more than 25 minutes, so we allow 10 minutes after the plane landed before we go in to meet you!
We encourage all passengers to make contact with the driver as soon as possible.
International Terminal:
Upon arrival, please collect all your luggage, exit customs.
Your driver will be waiting just outside the custom door, holding up your name on a signboard.
Please note, due to parking regulation, we are not allowed to park for more than 1 hour.
We wait 20-25 minutes after your plane lands before we go in and meet you.
We allow for custom, and Immigration delays.
