Domestic terminal:
Your driver will wait for you in front of the luggage carousel, holding up a signboard with your name on it.
Please note, due to parking regulation, we are not allowed to park for more than 25 minutes, so we allow 10 minutes after the plane landed before we go in to meet you!
We encourage all passengers to make contact with the driver as soon as possible.
If you arriving business class, please let us know in advance!
International Terminal:
Upon arrival, please collect all your luggage, exit customs.
Your driver will be waiting just outside the custom door, holding up your name on a signboard.
Please note, due to parking regulation, we are not allowed to park for more than 1 hour.
We wait 20-25 minutes after your plane lands before we go in and meet you.
We allow for custom, and Immigration delays.

- The above pricing is all one way unless otherwise notified
- Standard luggage is two pieces (airline check in size) plus one carry on.
- Oversized luggage (e.g. Surfboard, Bikes, Golf Clubs) must be notified at the time of booking.
- For destinations outside of the above please ask for a quote. We do travel further.
- Transfers after 9 pm or before 6 am, or on public holidays incur a 25% surcharge !
- All transfers are per car and not per person.
- Payment is requested prior to departure.
- Preferred payment method is Internet Transfer on the day prior to transfer. We also accept Cash, Credit Card or EFT-POS.
- Cancellations made 48 hours prior the transfer time will receive a full refund.
- Unfortunately we are unable to give refunds if you do not show up for your booking and do not notify us 48 hours in advance.
